An EMI feedthrough filter terminal assembly includes a feedthrough filter capacitor (300) having first (306) and second (308) sets of electrode plates, a passageway having a first termination (324) surface conductively coupling the first set of electrode plates, and a second termination surface exteriorly coupling the second set of electrode plates. A conductive ferrule (318) disposed adjacent to the capacitor includes a conductive pad of an oxide resistant biostable material on a surface thereof conductively coupled to the second termination surface. A conductive terminal pin (416) extends through the passageway in conductive relation with the first set of electrode plates, and through the ferrule in non-conductive relation. An insulator (448) is fixed to the ferrule for conductively isolating the terminal pin from the ferrule. A hermetic seal is disposed between the insulator and the ferrule. A second conductive pad may be conductively attached to the terminal pin and the the first termination surface independently of the lead wire.

Un ensemble borne de filtre de traversée EMI comprend un condensateur de filtre (300) qui possède un premier (306) et un second (308) jeu de plaques électrodes, un passage pourvu d'une première terminaison (324) qui couple superficiellement en mode conducteur le premier jeu de plaques électrodes, et une seconde surface de terminaison qui couple extérieurement le second jeu de plaques électrodes. Une capsule de contact (318) placée à proximité du condensateur comprend sur une surface une plage conductrice en matériau biostable oxydo-résistant couplée en mode conducteur à la surface de la seconde terminaison. Une broche de borne conductrice (416) s'étend dans le passage, en mode conducteur, conjointement avec le premier jeu de plaques électrodes, et dans la capsule de contact en mode non conducteur. Un isolant (448) est fixée sur la capsule de contact pour l'isoler en mode non conducteur de la broche de borne. Un joint hermétique est placé entre l'isolant et la capsule de contact. Une seconde plage conductrice peut être reliée en mode conducteur à la broche de borne et à la surface de la première terminaison, indépendamment du fil de connexion.
