14 ABSTRACT ENCLOSURE A controlled access enclosure comprises an external frame (1) within which is suspended a cover (15). Access is gained to and from the unit by means of a zipped opening (20) in one part of the enclosure and a flap door arrangement in another part of the enclosure, the flap door being surrounded by a flange (21) which may be sealed to a hazardous working area to prevent contamination escaping from the working area into the surrounding clean environment.
