A user connected (35) to a data network (33) controls a parallel teleconference network by sending requests through the data network. The requests are validated against permissions granted to the user (35) and an action associated with a request is performed at the teleconferencing network if the request is validated. A status for a teleconference hosted by the teleconferencing network may be sent when the action is performed or when other changes occur during the teleconference. A voice message also may be sent to a user (35) that is affected by the action . In one aspect, the allowed actions are presented to the user through the data network (33). In another aspect, a graphical user interface for controlling the teleconferencing network is presented to the user through the data network.
Un utilisateur final connecté à un réseau de données gère un réseau de téléconférence parallèle en transmettant des demandes via ce réseau de données. La validation des demandes est fonction des autorisations accordées à l'utilisateur. En cas de validation de la demande, une action associée à la demande est exécutée sur le réseau de téléconférence. L'état de la téléconférence hébergée par le réseau de téléconférence peut être envoyé si l'action est exécutée ou si d'autres changements ont lieu pendant la téléconférence.
