Solvent-free, energy curable low viscosity gravure and ink jet inks which contain a pigment; a rheological additive having the structure P-(U-Y)s, wherein P is the residue of an organic pigment or dye, Y is a polyalkylene oxide moiety, U is a linking moiety covalently bonding Y to P and s is an integer from 1 to 3; and an energy curable liquid vehicle which may be an ultraviolet cationic, thermal cationic or a free radical initiated polymerization system, cured by actinic radiation; and optionally containing a photoinitiating system.
La présente invention concerne des encres, sans solvant, de faible viscosité, durcies par apport d'énergie, contenant un pigment, destinées à l'héliogravure et aux applications à jets d'encre. L'invention concerne aussi un additif rhéologique présentant la structure P-(U-Y)s, dans laquelle P est le résidu d'un pigment organique ou d'un colorant, Y est une entité polyalkylène oxyde, U représente une entité liant Y à P de manière covalente, et s est un entier allant de 1 à 3. L'invention concerne aussi un support liquide polymérisable par apport d'énergie qui peut être un système de polymérisation cationique initiée par ultraviolet, par apport thermique ou par radicaux libres, polymérisé à l'aide de rayonnement actinique. Les encres de l'invention peuvent éventuellement contenir un système photoinitiateur.
