An extraction bag with support comprises a support member and a bag member which contains a material to be extracted or which is capable of containing a material to be extracted, and is obtained by using a sheet composite on which the support member is arranged and joined along the center line of a water-permeable filtering sheet member, by folding the sheet composite into two and by passing it through a bag-making machine (and, as required, through a filling machine). The head portions of the extraction bag with support are torn apart, the right and left ends are pushed down or up toward the inside to push open the head portions. At the same time, the leg portions continuous with the head portions are folded down to place the extraction bag with support on an extraction container. An extracting solution (hot water) is poured into the material to be extracted that is filled through the portion cut and torn away from the head portions or onto the material to be extracted that has been contained therein, thereby to safely conduct the extraction.
L'invention concerne un sac d'extraction équipé d'un support, qui comprend un corps principal de sac contenant ou pouvant contenir une matière d'extraction. Le sac est fabriqué avec un complexe en feuille muni d'un support disposé le long de la ligne médiane d'un élément de filtration membranaire perméable à l'eau auquel il est collé. Le sac est fabriqué au moyen d'une machine à confectionner les sacs (et d'une machine à remplir, si nécessaire) pour le plier en deux. Le sac d'extraction comprend aussi un élément de support grâce auquel on effectue l'extraction de manière sûre en déchirant la tête du sac, en fléchissant les extrémités droite et gauche vers l'intérieur et vers le bas ou vers le haut de façon à étaler la tête simultanément vers le bas, en fléchissant de façon continue la jambe avec la tête pour la placer sur un vaisseau d'extraction. On verse ensuite un liquide d'extraction (de l'eau bouillante) sur une matière d'extraction introduite par la déchirure pratiquée dans la tête, ou sur une matière d'extraction préalablement mise en place.
