Method of fabricating a wavelength filter on a substrate in which a phase mask having corrugations is placed over a polymeric substrate composed of at least two comonomers having different indexes of refraction and passing light through the phase mask to form light into two beams corresponding to different diffraction orders to form refractive gratings capable of reflecting light of a selective wavelength. Optical signal devices employing gratings fabricated in this manner are also disclosed.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de filtre à longueur d'onde sur un substrat: on place un masque de phase comportant des ondulations sur un substrat polymère composé d'au moins deux comonomères ayant chacun un indice de réfraction différent, et on laisse passer la lumière dans le masque pour former deux faisceaux correspondant aux différents ordres de diffraction, de manière à constituer des réseaux de diffraction capables de réfléchir la lumière sur une longueur d'onde sélective. L'invention concerne également des dispositifs à signaux optiques équipés de réseaux ainsi fabriqués.
