A fast disintegrating tablet comprising an active ingredient and one or more disintegrants characterised in that the tablet comprises agglomerates having an agglomerated particle size of at least 50 ~m, said agglomerates comprising at least 10 % by weight of a superdisintegrant selected from croscarmellose cellulose, crospovidone and sodium starch glycollate and being free of active ingredient.

L'invention concerne un comprimé à désagrégation rapide comprenant un agent actif et un ou plusieurs agents délitants. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le comprimé contient des agglomérats dont les particules agglomérées mesurent au moins 50 ?m, ces agglomérats étant exempts d'agent actif et comprenant au moins 10 % en poids d'un agent délitant très actif sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par la cellulose croscarmellose, la crospovidone et le glycolate d'amidon sodique.
