A fastening device particularly for sports shoes of the type which includes an upper or a shell (2) that have two flaps or a tongue to be fastened by means of laces and/or of a cable (4). The device includes a plurality of pulley members (6) which are associated with the upper or shell and guide the laces and/or cable. It is thus possible to quickly and easily fasten the flaps even for example at very low temperatures.
