Cet élément de séparation (16) de base sépare les surfaces intérieures (18), se faisant face, des deux branches (10) de l'attache (9) de guidage, d'une certaine distance (19). Les surfaces intérieures (18) et l'élément de séparation (16) de base forment un compartiment (20) d'insertion pour l'élément de traction (2). Ce compartiment renferme un élément de renvoi (21) destiné à l'élément de traction (2) ledit élément de renvoi (21) étant placé à une distance (24) de l'élément de séparation (16) de base en direction de l'attache (4) de fixation et présentant une hauteur correspondant au moins à ladite distance (19).
