ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE FAT-CONTAINING POWDER PRODUCT QUICKLY DISPERSIBLE IN COLD WATER AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME The present invention relates to a process for preparing a fat-containing powder product which is readily wettable and dispersible even in cold water. More parti- cularly, the present invention pertains to a process for preparing a fat-containing powder product which is quickly dispersible in cold water comprising coating at least a part of the surface of fat-containing powder particles with mono- and/or di-glyceride of a medium chain fatty acid.
