The present invention provides a process for the production of a flavanolignan preparation with an improved liberation in comparison with one of the pure flavanolignans, characterized in that a) an aqueous- alcoholic solution of pharmaceutically-acceptable carrier materials and wetting agents is prepared, a flavanolignan is suspended in this solution and the mixture obtained is heated to the boiling temperature in order to form a clear solution, or b) a flavanolignan and a wetting agent is suspended in alcohol, the suspension obtained is heated with stirring up to the formation of a clear solution, this is mixed with an aqueous solution of pharmaceutically- acceptable carrier materials and the mixture obtained is heated with stirring until a clear solution is present and that subsequently the clear solution obtained according to a) or b) is concentrated for the formation of a co-precipitate, filtered and the resulting co-precipitate dried in a vacuum. The flavanolignan preparation can be used as medicaments for the treatment and prophylaxis of liver diseases and also as liver protection agents for the avoidance of damage by medicaments, drugs and alcohol.
La présente invention porte sur une méthode pour la production d'une préparation de flavanolignane, à libération améliorée, comparativement à l'une des flavanolignanes pures, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes : a) préparation d'une solution aqueuse alcoolique de matières pharmacocompatibles pour véhicule, et d'agents de mouillage; mise en suspension d'une flavanolignane dans cette solution; le mélange obtenu est chauffé jusqu'à la température d'ébullition de façon à former une solution transparente; ou b) une flavanolignane et un agent de mouillage sont mis en suspension dans l'alcool; la suspension obtenue est chauffée et agitée jusqu'à formation d'une solution transparente, laquelle est mélangée avec une solution aqueuse de véhicule pharmacocompatible; le mélange obtenu est chauffé et agité jusqu'à obtention d'une solution transparente; par la suite, la solution transparente obtenue selon a) ou b) est concentrée pour la formation d'un coprécipité, puis filtrée; le coprécipité obtenu est séché sous vide. La préparation de flavanolignane peut servir comme médicament pour traiter ou prévenir les affections hépatiques, et comme agents de protection hépatique pour empêcher les dommages pouvant être causés par les médicaments, les drogues et l'alcool.
