The present invention relates to a profile plate for inducing pseudo-fully developed in fluid flowing under turbulent flow conditions in a pipeline of circular cross-section. The plate is comprised of a circular plate body having a center, an upstream face, and a downstream face. The body includes a central array of through bores having a porosity (P1) of from about 3.0 to about 5.0%. A second array of through bores are centered on the locus of a second circle. The porosity (P2) of the second array ranging from about 19.0 to about 21.0%. There is also a third array of through bores having a porosity (P3), where P3=PT-(P1+P2). The through bores are located on the locus of a third circle.
La présente invention a trait à une plaque profilée de manière à provoquer un écoulement pseudo-pleinement développé dans un fluide soumis à des conditions d'écoulement turbulent dans une canalisation de section circulaire. La plaque se compose d'un corps de plaque circulaire possédant un centre, un côté amont et un côté aval. Le corps de plaque comprend un ensemble central de trous traversants dont la porosité (P1) va d'environ 3,0 à 5,0 %. Un deuxième ensemble de trous traversants est centré sur le lieu géométrique d'un deuxième cercle. La porosité (P2) du deuxième ensemble va d'environ 19,0 à 21 %. Il y a aussi un troisième ensemble de trous traversants dont la porosité est (P3), où P3=PT-(P1+P2). Les trous traversants sont situés sur le lieu géométrique d'un troisième cercle.
