It is intended to provide a molding method whereby a body fluid purification cassette having a minimized size can be formed at a low cost. A body fluid purification cassette (U1), which is mounted to a body fluid purification apparatus body in a detachable manner, is composed of synthetic resin housings (F1, F2), fundamental elements (R1, 1, PT1) to be enclosed in the housings, selected element(s) (2) that are selected as necessary from among body fluid purification elements such as a dialyzer (2), a plasma exchange module and an immunoadsorption column, and body fluid channels (R1 to R7) connecting the fundamental elements to the selected element(s). The housings (F1, F2) and the body fluid channels (R1 to R7) are molded by the primary molding so that the halved cross section has a definite shape. Then, the halved constructs are integrated together by the secondary molding to give a cassette. In the step of integrating the body fluid channels in the halved constructs via the secondary molding, the fundamental elements (R1, 1, PT1) and the selected element (2) are liquid-tightly connected to the body fluid channels (R1 to R7).
La présente invention concerne un procédé de moulage, moyennant quoi une cassette de purification de liquide organique ayant une taille réduite peut être formée à un coût limité. Une cassette de purification de liquide organique (U1), qui est montée sur le corps d'un appareil de purification de liquide organique de manière détachable, est composée de boîtiers en résine synthétique (F1, F2), d'éléments fondamentaux (R1, 1, PT1) à confiner dans les boîtiers, un ou plusieurs éléments sélectionnés (2) considérés comme nécessaires parmi des éléments de purification de liquide organique, tels qu'un dialyseur (2), un module d'échange plasmatique et une colonne d'immunoadsorption, et des canaux de liquide organique (R1 à R7) reliant les éléments fondamentaux à l'élément ou aux élément sélectionné(s). Les boîtiers (F1, F2) et les canaux de liquide organique (R1 à R7) sont moulés dans le moulage primaire de sorte que la section transversale réduite de moitié a une forme définie. Les produits de construction réduits de moitié sont ensuite intégrés les uns aux autres dans le moulage secondaire pour former une cassette. Dans l'étape d'intégration des canaux de liquide organique dans les produits de construction réduits de moitié par l'intermédiaire du moulage secondaire, les éléments fondamentaux (R1, 1, PT1) et l'élément sélectionné (2) sont connectés de façon étanche aux canaux de liquide organique (R1 à R7).
