ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A forward-reverse changeover apparatus for working vehi- cles comprises first and second multiplate clutches, and an input and output shaft arranged concentrically with and separated from each other. Output gears extending from the first and second clutches respectively have the same number of teeth, and the out- put gear from the second clutch is positioned closer to the input shaft than an input gear on the output shaft.
