A pair of spaced tubular half-shells are stamped in each of two separate sheets of metal which are then joined at their margins to form two mixer tubes each having an inlet end with a venturi for connection to a fuel gas supply and an outlet end adapted for connection to a burner. The space between the mixer tubes is stamped to form a pair of grooves which lock and seal the sheets together to prevent the fuel/air mixture from leaking from one mixer tube to the other.
Deux demi-enveloppes tubulaires espacées sont formées par emboutissage de deux feuilles métalliques distinctes qui sont ensuite réunies par leur bords pour former deux tubes de mélangeur possédant chacun une entrée munie d'un venturi devant être raccordée à une source de gaz combustible et une sortie conçue pour être raccordée à un brûleur. L'espace entre les tubes de mélangeur est embouti pour former deux rainures qui bloquent et scellent les feuilles ensemble afin d'empêcher le mélange air/combustible de fuir d'un tube de mélangeur vers l'autre.
