GAMMA-RADIATION-RESISTANT POLYCARBONATE COMPOSITION ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Esters and polyesters which contain disulfide linkages were found to be effective stabilizers of polycarbonate resin. Accordingly, a polycarbonate composition containing disulfide esters, alone or as a coadditive with a polyether is rendered more resistant to the deterioration resulting upon exposure to gamma radiation.
