A cooling system for a glassware forming machine in which air is delivered to each of two plenums (27) for upward flow of air through vertical passages (19, 21) in mold members (1A, 1B, 3A, 3B, 5A, 5B) on the plenums (27) from an air outlet (71) in the base (11) of the machine via a lower section (81) of flexible corrugated metal tubing, a rigid tube (85) having a sliding sealing fit in the upper end of the lower section (81), and an upper section (83) of flexible corrugated sheet metal tubing connecting to the plenum (27).
