FORM 24 ABSTRACT Is a tool for applying pressure between a wood, vinyl/plastic composite or metal glazing stop or retention bar or channel, and a glass sheet or multi- sheeted combination of glass and/or plastic, polycarbonate, metal composite. or any combination of materials used to separate the exterior elements form the interior of a building, or to separate a building within itself by what is commonly known as partition walls. The hand operated tool, inserted between materials as described earlier, allows for an even amount of cushioned pressure to apply a rubber, vinyl, or other composite spline to act as a cushion against damage or breakage, and also to act as seal against infusion of moisture or vapour.
