The invention concerns a transparent substrate provided with a stack of layers with thermal properties, in particular for solar or low emissive control. The stack comprises at least a functional layer based on silver enclosed by two dielectric material coats, with fine metallic layers between the functional layer and one at least of the dielectric material coats: D¿1?/ZnO/Ag/AlM/D¿2?/ZnM'O with AlM an aluminium alloy; ZnM'O a mixed oxide of zinc and another metal at least; D¿1? and D¿2? a layer or superposition of layers comprising at least a layer of metal oxide or silicon and metal nitride or mixed silicon and metal nitride.
L'invention a pour objet un substrat transparent muni d'un empilement de couches à propriétés thermiques, notamment de contrôle solaire ou bas-émissif. L'empilement comprend au moins une couche fonctionnelle à base d'argent entourée de deux revêtements en matériau diélectrique, avec la présence de couches fines métalliques entre la couche fonctionnelle et l'un au moins des revêtements en matériau diélectrique: D1/ZnO/Ag/AlM/D2/ZnM'O avec A1M un alliage à l'aluminium; avec ZnM'O un oxyde mixte de zinc et d'un autre métal au moins; avec D1 et D2 une couche ou une superposition de couches comprenant au moins une couche en oxyde métallique ou en nitrure de silicium et de métal ou en nitrure mixte de silicium et de métal.
