The cylindrical housing also includes an inner feature (30) having a tapered wall (38). The housing also has a bottom section (52) and a clam shell section (50) that is hingedly connected to the bottom section. The quick change gripping apparatus also includes a first ring (18) and a second ring (20), each disposed around the cylindrical housing.
