Guanidinoalkyl-1,1-bisphosphonic acid derivatives, process for their preparation and their use The invention describes tautomeric compounds of the formula Ia, Ib or Ic (see Formula Ia, Ib) (see Formula Ic) and/or their physiologically tolerable salts, in which R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are a hydrogen atom, substituted (C1-C7)-alkyl, (C3-C10)-cycloalkyl, substituted phenyl or (C1-C4)-alkylphenyl, R2 is substituted phosphoric acid, R2 and R3, R2 and R5 or R4 and R5 form a monocyclic 5- to 7-membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic ring which is mono- or polysubstituted, R8, R9, R10 and R11 are a hydrogen atom or (C1-C5)-alkyl, X is a hydrogen atom, hydroxyl or halogen, 1 and n are an integer from 0 to 7, m is an integer from 0 to 2, and the sum of the numbers l, m and n is less than or equal to 10, a process for the preparation of the compounds of the formula Ia, Ib or Ic, pharmaceuticals and their use for the prophylaxis or treatment of osteoporosis.
