ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A gymnastic floor structure comprises a panel board assembly of a plurality of abutting rectangular unit panels. A plurality of uniformly-spaced post-like lower floor members spacedly secured to the bottom of the panel board assembly to be interposed between it and the gymnasium base floor, sheet like upper floor members on top of the panel board assembly and tightening means which prevent the panel board assembly from loosening in the connecting directions. The lower floor members are made of synthetic resin foam, each connecting means connecting the unit panels edge to edge has an almost I-shaped cross section composed of two U-shaped channels integrated back to back, the connecting means being dispersed between two adjacent unit panels, a fixing part channel of the connecting means embraces the side edge portion of one unit panel board and is secured thereto with fastening means, and a fitting part channel embraces the side edge portion of the other abutting unit panel board.
