The invention may be embodied in a variety of sizes and shelf components, permitting the construction of utility or decorative shelving to meet any taste, purpose, or budget, for use in the home, office, workshop, or storage area. The parts of the invention are also suitable for the assembly of other furniture such as coffee and end tables.
