A hand-held urinal (10) comprises a receptacle (12) having a rim (16) and an upper part (14) on the rim (16). The receptacle (12) is of a relatively stiff plastics material. The upper part is of a relatively soft, elastomeric material, and is anatomically shaped so that, when the urinal is held in place on a person's body, the upper part forms a liquid-tight seal around the person's urinary orifice. The upper part has a peripherally extending portion (28) and a wall (36) which extends inwardly from the peripherally extending portion (28) to a thickened edge (38). The receptacle (12) has a drain opening which is formed by the lumen (24) of an integrally formed connector tube (22) projecting from the outside of the receptacle (12).
La présente invention concerne un urinal (10) se tenant à la main et constitué d'un réceptacle (12) à rebord (16) et d'un dessus (14) venant sur le rebord (16). Le réceptacle (12) est constitué d'une matière plastique relativement rigide. Le dessus est en élastomère relativement souple, et sa forme anatomique fait qu'en maintenant l'urinal appliqué sur le corps d'une personne, le dessus crée autour de l'orifice urinaire de la personne une zone étanche au liquide. Le dessus comporte un pourtour (28) à extension périphérique et une paroi (36) qui prend naissance sur le pourtour (28) et se développe vers l'intérieur jusqu'à un rebord (38) en surépaisseur. Le réceptacle (12) comporte un orifice de vidange constitué par la lumière (24) d'un tube de raccord (22) d'un seul tenant avec le réceptacle (12) dont il dépasse vers l'extérieur.
