The top panel (14) is comprised of a first top flap (40) foldably connected to the first side panel (12), and a second top panel flap (44) foldably connected to the second side panel (12). At least a portion of the first top panel flap (40) overlaps and is adhered to at least a portion of the second top panel flap (44). Means for defining a handle strap (56).
