In an article for carrying loose papers, it is known to have covers which accomodate the binding of loose papers, commonly referred to as a binder. In this invention, the sides of the binder are extended in width to accomodate the positioning of one handle hole on each extended cover which handle holes fit together when the covers are closed. The extensions and the handle holes allow for better control, easier portability and ability to carry other items while transporting the binder from place to place.
