A process for upgrading a feedstream, said process comprising: (a) solvent deasphalting, under solvent deasphalting conditions, said feedstream to obtain a first product stream comprising deasphalted oil and a second product stream comprising asphalt product; (b) slurry hydroprocessing said asphalt product in a slurry hydroprocessing unit under slurry hydroprocessing conditions to obtain a hydroprocessed product; and (c) separating an upgraded oil from the hydroprocessed product and unconverted asphaltene bottoms.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de valorisation d'un courant d'alimentation, ce procédé consistant à: (a) désasphalter d'abord au solvant ledit courant d'alimentation, dans des conditions de désasphaltage au solvant, pour obtenir un premier courant de produit contenant de l'huile désasphaltée, et un second courant d'alimentation contenant un produit d'asphalte; (b) hydrotraiter ensuite au coulis ledit produit d'asphalte dans une unité d'hydrotraitement au coulis, dans des conditions d'hydrotraitement au coulis, pour obtenir un produit hydrotraité; et,(c) séparer enfin une huile valorisée du produit hydrotraité et des fonds d'asphaltène non converti.
