The present invention relates to a device used for adjusting and releasably fixing in place therefor shelving device having a bracket vertically adjustable about a vertical lane the bracket being releasably secured therein. The brackets releasably retain at least one shelve thereon, said bracket and shelve thereon slidably move in a vertical direction for positioning and securing within said lane. The bracket has a pawl adjacent a gear, an adjustable tooth and a handle thereof said bracket releasably secured in a predetermined position within said lane by actuating said pawl, adjustable tooth, handle and a lock thereof.
