A purified cellulase composition is provided which may be isolated from a fermentation culture of Trichoderma longibrachiatum and has a molecular weight of about 95-105 kD as approximated on SDS-PAGE, a pI of about 5.6-6.8 as estimated on an IEF gel and a pH optimum of about 5.0 on RBB-CMC when measured at 65 °C and pH4 or lower at temperatures of 40 °C and 50 °C.
Cette invention se rapporte à une solution de cellulase purifiée que l'on isole à partir d'une culture par fermentation de Trichoderma longibrachiatum et qui possède un poids moléculaire compris approximativement entre 95 et 105 kD, ainsi qu'on peut l'évaluer par électrophorèse sur gel SDS, un point isoélectrique (pI) compris approximativement entre 5,6 et 6,8 lorsqu'on le mesure sur gel IEF et un pH optimum égal approximativement à 5,0 sur RBB-CMC lorsqu'on le mesure à 65 DEG C et un pH inférieur ou égal à 4 à des températures de 40 DEG C et 50 DEG C.
