IN THE CANADIAN PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE PATENT APPLICATION entitled: A HUB FOR AN AGITATOR HAVING HOLLOW BLADES AND AN INTERNAL HEAT-CONVEYING FLUID FLOW CIRCUIT in the name of: Alain Bouchez, et al. assignee: MORITZ ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In apparatus for mixing of kneading various substances, hollow blades are connected to an agitator hub of the invention which comprises: a fluted ring (9) threaded over the shaft (11) and carrying the roots (20) of hollow blades (2); an axial fastening liner (12) interposed between the shaft and the ring and held axially in position by a stopper; and at least one fluid flow circuit passing through the shaft and the ring and opening out into the blades. The invention is applicable to controlling the reaction of chemical compounds.
