Disclosed is: (i) a method (500) of a molding system (100), (ii) a method (500) of a controller (102) of a molding system (100), (iii) a method (500) of an article of manufacture (108) of a controller (102) of a molding system (100), (iv) a method (500) of a network- transmittable signal (106) of a controller (102) of a molding system (100), (v) a method (500) of a molding system (100) having a controller (102), (vi) an article made by usage of a method (500). Disclosed is a method (500) of a metal-molding system (100). The metal-molding system (100) is configured to accommodate a mold (114) and a hot runner (126), the hot runner (126) being connected with the mold (114), the hot runner (126) including drops (134, 139) leading to a mold cavity defined by the mold (114), the drops (134, 139) being configured to have plugs (110) formed in the drops (134, 139), the plugs (110) being blowable from the drops (134, 139) to the mold cavity in response to: (i) the plugs (110) receiving a blow-out pressure from the metal-molding system (100), and (ii) a molding material being made to flow, under pressure, from the metal-molding system (100) to the hot runner (126) and then through the drops (134, 139) and into the mold cavity so that a molded article (600) may be manufactured, the hot runner (126) includes thermal sensors (130, 136) being positioned proximate of each of the drops (134, 139), the method (500) comprising: identifying a quality of the molded article (600) that was molded in the mold cavity based on a determination of whether the plugs (110) had blown, at least in part, from the drops (134, 139) of the hot runner (126) into the mold cavity as a result of the molding material being forced, under pressure, to enter the mold cavity; the determination of whether all of the plugs (110) were blown out from the drops (134, 139) indicates that an optimum flow of the molding material was realized through the drops (134, 139); the determination of whether a plug was not completely blown out from a drop while another plug was completely blown out from another drop indicates that a flow of the molding material through the drops (134, 139) is less than the optimum flow of the molding material; and the determination of whether all of the plugs (110) were blown out from the drops (134, 139) is based on temperature profiles being associated with the thermal sensors (130, 136) placed at the drops (134, 139) of the hot runner (126), the temperature profiles being sensed by the thermal sensors (130, 136).
