A type-I insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF-1R) inhibitor, or the like, comprising as an active ingredient an indazole derivative, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, represented by the formula (I): wherein R1 is -NR4R5 [wherein R4 is a hydrogen atom, etc.; and R5 is a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, -C(=O)R6 (wherein R6 is a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl, etc.), etc.], and R2 and R3 may be identical with or different from each other and each represent a hydrogen atom, hydroxyl, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkoxy, etc.
