For improved searchability of images of the inside of the body and easy recognition of which organ a displayed image is, an average-color bar (507) indicating the total image-taking period of images taken by a capsule endoscope in time series is displayed. A movable slider (S) is displayed above the average-color bar (507). In conjunction with the movement of the slider (S), an image taken at the time corresponding to the position of the slider (S) is displayed in an image display field (503). Average colors based on data of taken images are displayed at a temporally corresponding position on the average-color bar (507).
Selon l'invention, on améliore les possibilités de recherche d'images de l'intérieur du corps et l'on facilite la reconnaissance de l'organe qu'une image affichée représente par affichage d'une barre de couleurs moyennes (507) indiquant la période de capture totale d'images capturées par un endoscope capsulaire en série chronologique. Un curseur mobile (S) est affiché au-dessus de la barre de couleurs moyennes (507). Concomitamment au mouvement du curseur (S), une image capturée à l'instant correspondant à la position du curseur (S) est affichée dans un champ d'affichage (503). Les couleurs moyennes basées sur les données d'images capturées sont affichées au niveau d'une position à correspondance temporelle sur la barre de couleurs moyennes (507).
