An imine compound represented by the formula (X) (wherein A represents a heterocyclic group; R1, R2, and R3 each represents hydrogen, halogeno, C1-10 alkyl optionally substituted by haloaryl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1- 10 alkoxy, etc.; R4 represents optionally substituted C1-10 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, or aryl; R5 represents hydrogen, C1-10 alkoxy, C1-6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C1-10 alkyl or C2-6 alkenyl, optionally substituted aryl or heterocyclic group, etc.; and W represents -CO-, -CO-CO-, -CO-NH-, -CS- NH-, or -SO2-) or a cannabinoid receptor agonist containing the compound as an active ingredient. The imine compound has agonistic activity against a cannabinoid receptor and is useful as a therapeutic or preventive agent for pains and autoimmune diseases.

L'invention concerne un composé imine représenté par la formule (X) (dans laquelle A représente un groupe hétérocyclique ; R1, R2 et R3 représentent chacun un hydrogène, un halogéno, un alkyle en C1-10 facultativement substitué par un haloaryle, un cycloalkyle en C3-10, un haloalkyle en C1-6, un alcoxy en C1-10, etc. ; R4 représente un alkyle en C1-10, alcényle en C2-6 ou aryle facultativement substitués ; R5 représente un hydrogène, un alcoxy en C1-10, un haloalkyle en C1-6, un alkyle en C1-10 ou alcényle en C2-6 facultativement substitués, un aryle ou groupe hétérocyclique facultativement substitués, etc. ; et W représente -CO-, -CO-CO-, -CO-NH-, -CS-NH- ou -SO2-) ou un agoniste de récepteur des cannabinoïdes contenant le composé comme ingrédient actif. Le composé imine a une activité agoniste vis-à-vis d'un récepteur des cannabinoïdes et il est utile comme agent thérapeutique ou préventif pour des douleurs et des maladies auto-immunes.
