ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The polypropylene resin composition of the present invention can be obtained by melt mixing: (a) a modified polypropylene obtained by grafting a crystalline propylene-ethylene block copolymer with an unsaturated carboxylic acid, or a crystalline polypropylene containing the modified polypropylene, (b) a polyamide, and (c) a modified ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber obtained by grafting an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber with an unsaturated carboxylic acid. This composition is superior in low temperature impact resistance, rigidity, heat resistance and oil resistance.
