A device for simultaneously and continuously indicating the presence of both a load current and a source voltage when connected to an alternating current voltage source and a load. The device includes a first circuit loop formed by connecting the device to the voltage source. A first means is connected into the first circuit loop for indicating the presence of the source voltage when the device is connected to the voltage source. The device further includes a second circuit loop formed by connecting the device to both the voltage source and the load. A second means is connected into the second circuit loop in series with the load and in parallel with the first indicating means for indicating the presence of the load current when the device is connected to both the voltage source and the load.
