A light for an industrial stringlight includes a cap having wire channels receiving insulated conductors. Non-interchangeable contact elements are placed in a screw-shell adapted to hold a lamp, and the cap and screw-shell are forced together. The cap is secured to the screw-shell, and insulation-piercing points on the contact elements establish electrical continuity with their associated conductors. The assembly is then overmolded for protection and sealing. A lamp guard is assembled to the overmold and has a bottom section hinged about a horizontal axis to permit replacing the lamp from beneath.

L'invention concerne une lumière pour une baladeuse industrielle comprenant un bouchon doté de canaux de fil recevant des conducteurs isolés. Des éléments de contact non-interchangeables sont placés dans une coquille vissable conçue pour maintenir une lampe, le bouchon et la coquille vissable étant appuyés l'un contre l'autre. Le bouchon est fixé sur la coquille vissable, et des points transperçant d'isolation sur les éléments de contact établissent une continuité avec leurs conducteurs connexes. L'ensemble est ensuite surmoulé à des fins de protection et d'étanchéité. Une garde de lampe est assemblée au surmoulage et comporte une partie inférieure articulée autour d'un axe horizontal pour permettre le remplacement de la lampe par le dessous.
