The invention provides an injection bolt (1) for use in securing a rock mass (9) having: a shaft (2) for insertion into a hole in the rock mass which shaft has a profile (11,12) and forms a profiled internal bore (5) which bore has an inlet suitable for connection to an anchoring material pump and an outlet (4) for injecting anchoring material into the hole in the rock mass; and a static mixer (10) for mixing multiple components of the anchoring material; wherein the internal bore comprises the static mixer which is fixed in place by the profile; and a method for its production.

L'invention concerne un boulon d'injection (1) utilisé pour assujettir une masse rocheuse (9) ayant : une tige (2) à insérer dans un trou dans la masse rocheuse, ayant un profil (11, 12) et formant un alésage interne profilé (5), qui a une entrée à connecter à une pompe de matière d'ancrage et une sortie (4) pour injecter la matière d'ancrage dans le trou dans la masse rocheuse ; et un mélangeur statique (10) pour mélanger plusieurs composants de la matière d'ancrage ; l'alésage interne comportant le mélangeur statique qui est fixé en place par le profil ; et un procédé pour sa fabrication.
