32 An injection-molding apparatus comprising: an injection machine, a mold unit connected to said injection machine and comprising separable molds, which constitutes therein a cavity for forming a molded product, and a holding means disposed adjacent to said mold unit for removing said molded product from said mold unit, comprising a plural of chucks adapted to advance into and retreat from a region defined between the opened molds of the mold unit, said molded product being subjected to a primary cooling in the cavity of said mold unit and then subjected to a secondary cooling after removed from the mold unit, and the ratio of the number of said chuck to the number of said cavity being set to a value not less than a ratio of an operation time of each chuck to an operation time of said mold unit; and a method for injection-molding a molding material comprising a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic filler using the apparatus. The injection-molding apparatus and method according to the present invention are useful for the production of such articles required to have a high dimensional accuracy, for example electronic parts such as a magnet roll or the like.
La présente invention a pour objet une installation de moulage par injection comportant : une machine de moulage par injection, un moule constitué de parties séparables et relié à la machine de moulage par injection, le moule en question comportant une cavité permettant le moulage d'un article moulé, et un dispositif de retenue disposé au voisinage immédiat du moule et servant à retenir l'article moulé du moule, le dispositif de retenue en question comportant une pluralité de mandrins animés d'un mouvement de va-et-vient à l'intérieur d'une région définie entre les moules ouverts de l'installation de moulage, l'article moulé en question faisant l'objet d'un refroidissement primaire à l'intérieur de la cavité du moule en question pour faire ensuite l'objet d'un refroidissement secondaire après son extraction du moule; le rapport entre le nombre de mandrins d'extraction et la cavité du moule est correspond à une valeur qui ne peut être inférieure au ratio entre la durée de fonctionnement de chaque mandrin et de la durée de fonctionnement du moule en question. L'invention vise également un procédé de moulage par injection d'un mélange pour moulage par injection composé d'une résine thermoplastique et d'un agent de remplissage inorganique utilisant l'installation en question. L'installation de moulage par injection et le procédé visés par les présentes sont utiles pour la production d'articles soumis à des tolérances dimensionnelles serrées, des composants électroniques tels des rouleaux magnétiques et autres composants semblables, par exemple.
