ABSTRACT This invention describes a system for digitally storing high-frequency signals with the ability to retrieve and transmit these stored signals repetitively or with various selectable delays. The invention provides means to store the radio frequency signal by sampling the voltage of the wave distributed along delay line means at a number of points in parallel. These voltages are then quantized and stored in a digital memory. The wave is reconstructed at the output by the reverse process.
