Disclosed is an interconnected steering system with built-in front wheel suspension for baby prams, wherein only two wheels are used and are interconnected for steering. This system consists of two rotatable wheel suspension blocks (2) supporting the wheels (1), the blocks (2) rotatably supported by the front legs (7) of the chassis and having a suspension spring (5) inside each suspension block (2). Steering bar (3) is pivotably connected to the suspension block (2) at points (Y). This new system will allow the use of larger wheels, increasing the comfort of both the baby and the user.
