ROGERS, BERESKIN & PARR CANADA TITLE: JIGSAW PUZZLE INVENTOR: BERIC WATSON ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The manufacture of small, thick, hard, jigsaw puzzle pieces is eased by laminating the pieces. The front layer of the lamination carries the printed picture of the puzzle and is stuck to a middle layer of soft material, which in turn is stuck to a back layer of hard structural material. When the back layer is a wood veneer, the middle layer may be card- board, which economically provides pieces of enhanced durability, appearance, and feel.
