A jump shoe comprises a shoe and an elastic outer frame which is fastened at an arcuate top thereof with the outsole of the shoe and in the underside of an arcuate bottom thereof with an elastic skidproof pad. The elastic outer frame is provided in two opposite inner ends thereof with an elastic inner frame and two pull rods held by the elastic inner frame. The elastic outer frame is further provided therein with two springs which are retained at one end thereof by the pull rods which are engaged with two actuating bolts capable of actuating the pull rods to compress or decompress the two springs.
