A ketonitrile derivative represented by general formula (1) or a salt thereof and an antibacterial agent and a drug containing the same, wherein R1 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; R2, R3, R4 and R5 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, halogeno, nitro, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or optionally substituted phenoxy; X represents an optionally substituted aromatic hydrocarbon group or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group; and Y represents an optionally substituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, an optionally substituted heterocyclic group, carbonyl substituted by an optionally substituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, carbonyl substituted by an optionally substituted aromatic heterocyclic group, N,N- disubstituted carbamoyl or heterocycle-substituted alkyl. The compound is excellent in antibacterial activity on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
L'invention concerne un dérivé cétonitrile, représenté par la formule générale (1) ou un sel de celui-ci, ainsi qu'un agent antibactérien contenant ce dérivé/sel. Dans cette formule, R?1¿ représente un hydrogène ou un alkyle inférieur; R?2¿, R?3¿, R?4¿ et R?5¿ sont identiques ou différents et ils représentent chacun un hydrogène, halogéno, nitro, alkyle inférieur, alcoxy inférieur ou phénoxy éventuellement substitué; X représente un groupe hydrocarbure aromatique éventuellement substitué ou un groupe hétérocyclique éventuellement substitué; et Y représente un groupe hydrocarbure aromatique éventuellement substitué, un groupe hétéroyclique éventuellement substitué, un carbonyle substitué par un groupe hydrocarbure aromatique éventuellement substitué, un carbonyle substitué par un groupe aromatique hétérocyclique éventuellement substitué, un carbamoyle N,N-disubstitué ou un alkyle substitué par un groupe hétérocyclique. Le composé présente une excellente activité antibactérienne contre les bactéries Gram positives et Gram négatives.
