L'invention concerne des pyrimidopyrimidines à substitution phényle, des dihydropyrimido-pyrimidines, des pyridopyrimidines, des naphthyridines et des pyridopyrazines de formule développée (I), qui inhibent les enzymes du type kinase dépendant de la cycline et tyrosine-kinase.
