A device for application to bodies or parts thereof and for the output of chemical/physical parameters is disclosed. The device comprises a support (1) with at least two layers (2a, 2b) ad the space created between the layers comprises at least one chamber (3), which may be filled with a gaseous and/or liquid medium and/or a channel (7) for the output of the chemical/physical parameters. The device further comprises at least one control or regulation device for control or regulation of parameters, such as flow, temperature, pressure or similar of the media in the chambers or channels, whereby biosensors for determination of body parameters, such as, for example, temperature, ECG or similar are connected to the control or regulating device.
