A lancet in which the tip of a piercing element is less likely to bend at the time of breaking a weakened portion (22) between a lancet body and a cap part. The lancet (100) has the lancet body (102), from the forward end of which the tip of the piercing element projects, and also has the cap part (104) that, before use, receives and protects the tip of the projected piercing element. The front end (112) of the lancet body and the rear end (110) of the cap part are integrally joined together in a substantially adjacent manner with the weakened portion (114) placed in between them. Either an end face (120) of the forward end of the lancet body or an end face (122) that is at the rear end of the cap part and faces the end face (120) has a projection (126). The crest (128) of the projection defines a virtual plane (132) extending perpendicularly to the extending direction of the piercing element. The other end face defines a plane expending perpendicularly to the extending direction of the piercing element.
La présente invention concerne une lancette dans laquelle la pointe d'un élément de perforation est moins susceptible de se plier lors de la rupture d'une partie affaiblie (22) entre un corps de lancette et une partie de capuchon. La lancette (100) comporte le corps de lancette (102), la pointe de l'élément de perforation se projetant à partir de l'extrémité avant de celui-ci, et également la partie de capuchon (104) qui, avant l'utilisation, reçoit et protège ladite pointe. L'extrémité avant (112) du corps de lancette et l'extrémité arrière (110) de la partie de capuchon sont entièrement jointes ensemble d'une manière sensiblement adjacente, la partie affaiblie (114) étant placée entre elles. Soit une face d'extrémité (120) de l'extrémité avant du corps de lancette, soit une face d'extrémité (122) qui se trouve au niveau de l'extrémité arrière de la partie de capuchon et fait face à la face d'extrémité (120) comporte une saillie (126). La crête (128) de la saillie définit un plan virtuel (132) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction d'extension de l'élément de perforation. L'autre face d'extrémité définit un plan s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction d'extension de l'élément de perforation.
