A liquor-concocting bar includes a tubular bar, a light emitting member and a weight deposited in the tubular bar. The weight can give some weight to let the liquor-concocting bar always sink substantially in a drink in a cup. The light-emitting member has an outer tube and an inner tube of a smaller diameter than that of the outer tube and sealed in the outer tube. The inner tube is filled with a first chemical (A), and the outer tube with a second chemical (B). Then if the liquor-concocting bar is bent to let the inner tube bent and broken, the first chemical (A) flows out in the outer tube to mix with the second chemical (B) to produce chemical reaction to emit fluorescent light.
