The present invention relates to compounds that are two-part molecules, and compositions containing such compounds, in which one part is designed to become covalently bonded to the skin (bonding agent) and the other part (a characteristic use agent) is designed to impart some characteristic use, such as emolliency, moisturizing effect, anti-acne, anti-wrinkle, anti-pain, antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-irritation, skin tanning and skin lightening effects, extended protection of the skin (e.g., from ultraviolet light, by incorporation of a sunscreen component; from toxic and/or irritating substances; from insects and skin parasites, by incorporation of insecticides and/or insect repellants; from free radicals or other agents, as in aging, by incorporation of antioxidants), or dyeing of hair, skin nails, wool or fur. The covalently bonded part may also be useful to impart skin strengthening effect (e.g., from shear forces) or as wound healing agents.
La présente invention concerne des composés formés de molécules en deux parties et des compositions renfermant lesdites molécules. Dans cette molécule, une partie est conçue pour se lier à la peau par covalence (agent liant) et l'autre partie (agent à utilisation spécifique) est destiné à conférer une caractéristique particulière telle qu'émollience, effet hydratant, anti-acné, anti-rides, anti-douleur, anti-microbien, anti-fongique, anti-viral, anti-irritation, effet bronzant et éclaircissant, protection prolongée de la peau (par exemple contre les ultraviolets par incorporation d'un écran solaire; contre les substances toxiques et/ou irritantes; contre les insectes et les parasites de la peau par intégration d'insecticides et/ou de répulsifs pour insectes; contre les radicaux libres ou autres agents accélérant le vieillissement, par exemple, par incorporation d'anti-oxydants) ou encore être utilisée pour la teinture des cheveux, de la peau, des ongles, de la laine ou de la fourrure. La partie liée par covalence peut également servir à raffermir la peau (en la protégeant notamment contre les forces de cisaillement) ou comme agent cicatrisant en cas de blessure.
