ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A diclofenac sodium preparation comprising a rapidly soluble component including an active ingredient consisting essentially of diclofenac sodium, and an enteric component including an active ingredient consisting essentially of diclofenac sodium and an enteric coating therefor provides prolonged action when the enteric coating is formed from a mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of a methacrylic acid- methyl methacrylate copolymer, 3-40 parts by weight of a glycerin fatty acid ester, and 1-150 parts by weight of talc.
